New Episode: The Supreme Court Kills the OSHA Vaccine Mandate (Sort Of)
The president has not been granted authority to delegate authority to any agency. Congress is the only body which can delegate authority through the proper process of legislation. Congress can not legislate any authority which has not expressly been delegated in the constitution.
The problem I have with the unauthorized vaccine mandate is that the government has exempted itself from any recourse of harm to the individual. The absolute right of informed consent has been violated. The constitution defines the protected right of the individual. The mandates for vaccines and boosters is irreversible taking of the individual sovereign. There is no compensation, there is no ability to refuse which does not result in adverse consequences to the individual. The emergency use authorization act does not have the authority to treat the individual without the consent of the individual. The protected right to life does not make any exceptions for any circumstances. I recall I told you when this first began that the virus would continue that it would mutate and that taking away the ability of the individual to work to sustain his life was beyond the delegated authority of any level of government.
