Andy Horning has run more election cycles than not since his first run for Mayor of Indianapolis in 1999. He's run as a Republican and Libertarian for the US House. He's run as a Libertarian for Governor and Senate too. He talks about the benefits of running for office and why it is important to engage in the electoral process, politics, and government. The main reason? We are winning and we can't take our foot off the pedal now.
